Delivery Information

The delivery for the furniture can take up to 4 weeks from the date of placing the order, the waiting time for the upholstered furniture can take up to 4-6 weeks from the date of placing the order.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE WAITING TIME MIGHT BE EXTENDED DUE TO CURRENT SITUATION WITH COVID-19!!

We offer delivery to Mainland UK (excluding Cornwall, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands) on all orders. 

Our delivery team delivers the goods to the building’s front doors, however they cannot take the goods upstairs, so please ensure that there is someone available to take your furniture upstairs. If carrying the furniture upstairs is required, then an additional fee of £20 will apply.

The customer needs to check the delivered items next to the courier. We are not responsible for any mechanical damage or incompatibility of the product (e.g. colour, size, material, side) if the product is not checked next to the courier and if the issue is not reported to us straight away.

The team responsible for arranging deliveries will contact you a few days in advance to book you in for your delivery.

If on the day of your delivery no one is going to be available to take the delivery, we will charge £30 for re-delivery service, therefore please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to accept the goods.

All our furniture come flat packed for self assembly and we recommend using qualified engineers to assemble them for you.
